FIT residence halls are observed in mid-town Manhattan and so are enclosed by some of the most interesting areas of the city, including Chelsea, the Garment District, the Theatre District, and much more.

All of our residence halls are conveniently found near general public transport, offering easy access to all the that nyc has to offer. Within walking distance of FIT, you'll have comfortable access to NJ Transit, LIRR, MetroNorth, Amtrack, budget-friendly express buses (MegaBus, Bolt), Penn Station, Port Authority, and much more than 10 subway outlines.

Group meeting housing is available for teams and businesses with 10 or maybe more system individuals looking for housing for at least one night to a maximum of eight weeks. Some limitations apply.
